Hot Lunch Instructions

ALL hot lunch orders will now be placed online through RenWeb.  You can view the monthly hot lunch calendar, place your monthly hot lunch order and pay for your hot lunch order directly through your family RENWEB account at www.renweb.com.  All September hot lunch orders need to be placed in RENWEB by September 4th, 2017.  NO September orders will be accepted after September 4th

 

Here is how to order Hot Lunch in RenWeb:

  1. Go to www.renweb.com. For help logging onto RenWeb, reference the RenWeb log in directions at www.saintraphaelschool.org – Home, Forms, Back to school forms, ParentsWeb, RenWeb Signup Instructions.
  2. Once in your family RenWeb account, click on Student information.
  3. Click on Lunch.
  4. Change the “timeframe” to month.
  5. Change the “date” to September.
  6. View the calendar.
  7. When ready to place your order, click “create web order”.
  8. View the daily hot lunch offering and place your desired lunch orders in the quantity section. NOTE: Kindergarten through second grade lunch options are noted as K-2.  Third through eighth grade lunch options are noted as 3-8.  Please make sure you are selecting lunch options for the appropriate grade level.
  9. You will have a separate ordering list for each child at SRCS.  Place orders individually for each child.
  10. When you are ready to complete your order, click on “order items”.
  11. Follow the payment prompts to complete and pay for your order.  You can pay   with a debit or credit card.  Payment in full is required to complete your order.
  12. The monthly lunch calendar will now be updated with your online order.  You can view your child’s daily hot lunch order on RewWeb anytime.  Upon looking at the calendar, all ordered and paid lunches will appear in blue on the monthly hot lunch calendar.
